Transportation

We rely 100% on public transportation. Be prepared for possible delays when planning your travelling activities. Public transportation in Greater Copenhagen, including the airport and excluding Malmö, has one unified ticket system. You may consider the following types of tickets: single tickets (3 zones 25.50 DKK, all zones 59.50 DKK), 10-ride "klippekort" tickets (about half the price of single tickets), 24-hours tickets (all zones 100 DKK), or 7-days FlexCard (all zones 470 DKK). The last two types of tickets are recommended, and can be bought at the airport and all railway stations.

On the coast railway line (Malmö - Kastrup - København H - Helsingør) there are trains every 20 minutes to both directions (except between 23.45 and 04:30). The walk from Rungsted Kyst station to Rungstedgaard takes 20 minutes (shortcut through the forest is faster), and the walk from Humlebæk station to Louisiana 12 minutes (shortcut through the forest is nicer).

Travelling to Turku
