The pyk compiler may write
   *** - LOGBITP: NIL is not a INTEGER
if an associativity section references an unknown construct from another 
page.

Example:
   PREASSOCIATIVE base:xyzzy
may cause the error

The error may occur as a side effect of loading a wrong page. This may be 
eliminated by writing references in the bibliography in kana 
representation.

Next version of the pyk compiler will give a more informative error 
message.
